Brainwave Careers Uganda Ltd invites eligible and reputable firms to submit sealed applications for pre-qualification to supply goods, services, and works for the financial years 2026/2027, 2027/2028, and 2028/2029.

Lot 2: Non-Consultancy Services
- Hotel & accommodation services countrywide
- Car hire & leasing services countrywide
- Catering/lunch provision for Brainwave Head Office (Kampala)
- Cleaning services
- Events management
- Photography & videography
- IT maintenance & networking
- Waste management
- Guarding/security services
Lot 3: Consultancy Services
- Recruitment & HR consultancy
- Legal services
- ICT systems development
- ERP & enterprise ICT services
Lot 4: Works
- Electrical works
- Minor civil works
Bid/Pre-Qualification Requirements
Applicants must submit:
- Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
- Valid Trading Licence
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Fully completed Forms A1–A7
- Beneficial Ownership Declaration
- Audited accounts for last two years
- Power of Attorney
- Evidence of similar past experience (at least 2 contracts)
- NSSF clearance (where applicable)

A non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 per line item applies.
